Our receptionist will gladly assist you with your appointment at the time of your first call.
Before your appointment, you can fill out our online New Patient Form to assist us with your chart.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our friendly appointment coordinators, Rosalin and Nita.
Next, you will meet one of our highly trained treatment coordinators, Laura or April. Your treatment coordinator will assist the doctor with your initial examination, introduce you to our office and answer your questions about beginning orthodontic treatment, including the financial aspect of your care.
Diagnostic digital photographs and X-rays will be taken before you see the doctor. The doctor will perform a visual examination, review your medical and dental history and determine your need for treatment.
As an added convenience, additional diagnostic records that are required to determine your individualized treatment plan can usually be completed on the same day as your initial visit.
There is no office visit fee for your first visit; however, there will be a fee for the diagnostic records. If the patient has had a panorex X-ray done with their dentist within the past six months, that may be copied and transferred to our office to help with cost.
