Our receptionist will gladly assist you with your appointment at the time of your first call.
Before your appointment, you can fill out our online New Patient Form to assist us with your chart.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by one of our friendly appointment coordinators, Rosalin and Nita. They will help you sign in at our touchscreen check-in monitor.
Next, you will meet one of our highly trained treatment coordinators, Laura or April. Your treatment coordinator will assist the doctor with your initial examination, introduce you to our office and answer your questions about beginning orthodontic treatment, including the financial aspect of your care.
The fee for the consultation is $50. This includes Diagnostic records which are required at the initial orthodontic evaluation. Diagnostic records may include some or all of the following:
* Panoramic X-ray *Diagnostic Photographs
* Cephalometric X-ray *Study Models
